Guests attending your event may want to create teams. When they are creating their fundraising page, they will be prompted to create a new team or join an existing team during their page set up. It’s important that if you are intending to have limited teams, such as age groups of footy teams from the footy club, that you allocate one person per team to set up the team for others to join to avoid duplication.

If a fundraiser registered without a team but wants to change their individual page so you are part of a team, you can now do that:

  1. login to Grassrootz.
  2. Then click ‘view page’ on the page you’d like to create the team for.
  3. Then click on the ‘join or create a team’ button on the left hand side, below your profile picture. You can select from the option of starting a new team or joining an existing team.
